Information on the protection of personal data (Art. 13 and 14 Reg. EU 67/2016)

This information is intended for those who use our site and the services provided therein; In particular, this policy concerns the processing of personal data of those who send a request for information through the appropriate section “Contacts” or who register for competitions organized by Etafelt s.r.l. on the site.
This information is drawn up pursuant to art. 13 Reg. EU 679/2016 (c.d. Gdpr). This information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, gathered in the Working Group established by art. 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify the minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online.

2. Method of data collection

The Data Controller collects personal data through:
a) navigation on the Site, through the use of cookies;
b) sending a request for information about our products through the “Contact” section of the site; c) the compilation of the on-line Form for registration for competitions organized by Etafelt s.r.l.

3. Type of data processed

The Data Controller collects the following types of personal data:
– navigation data: computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the state of the response given by the server (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user;
– identification data;
– contact details,
– data provided voluntarily by the user:if the data subject, by accessing this site, sends his personal data to make requests by e-mail, such data will be processed exclusively to respond to the request.

4. Purpose of processing

The collected data will be processed for the following purposes:
a) navigation on the website;
b) registration for competitions organised by Etafelt s.r.l. and subsequent participation in the competition; b) respond to requests for information.

5. Legal basis of processing

The lawfulness of the processing of personal data for the achievement of the purposes referred to in art. 3 is based on the need to comply with the requests of the person concerned and to implement the reports to which he is party.

6. Methods of data processing

The processing of personal data is carried out by means of the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) of the GDPR, namely, through the collection, registration, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, deletion or destruction of data.

This processing is based on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity and transparency towards the data subject.
The processing of personal data takes place with manual, computerized and automated systems to store, manage and transmit the data themselves, with logics strictly related to the purposes referred to in art. 4 and, in any case, in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.

The processing of personal data also takes place through the use of appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, availability and resilience of systems and services, and through the use of appropriate procedures to avoid the risk of loss, unauthorised access, unlawful use and disclosure of personal data.

7. Consequences in case of failure to consent to data processing

The provision of data for the purposes referred to in art. 3 is purely optional; However, the user is informed that any refusal to give consent to the processing of the data in question makes it impossible to proceed with navigation on the site and/ or with registration for the competition.

8. Recipients of data

For the correct pursuit of the purposes referred to in art. 3, the user data may be communicated to the staff of Etafelt s.r.l. to this specially appointed in writing.
The personal data provided by the user may also be disclosed:

• –  all persons who have access to personal data pursuant to regulatory or administrative measures;
• –  companies, consultants or professionals who may be in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, the management of the hardware and software of Etafelt s.r.l.

9. Retention period

Personal data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected after which they will be deleted. In any case, the user may at any time ask for the interruption of the processing or the cancellation and/or limitation of his data in the manner described better in the following article 11.

10. Transfer of data abroad

As part of the processing carried out by Etafelt s.r.l., your personal data may be transferred to third countries as a result of the use of computed cloud resources for the storage and storage of data. In this case, your data will be protected by using pseudonymisation and encryption techniques.

11. Links to other sites

This information is provided only for the website www.etafelt.it and not for other websites that may be accessed by the user via link. Etafelt s.r.l. cannot therefore be held responsible for the personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites linked to this site.

12. Rights of the data subject

The Data Controller informs the user that at any time he can obtain from the Data Controller the confirmation that personal data concerning him is being processed or not and, if so, has the right to request access to his personal data (to know all the information related to the processing of your data), their rectification and integration, their cancellation or limitation of processing, as well as the right to oppose their processing.

It is also known that the data subject has the right to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, the personal data concerning him provided to the Data Controller, in addition to the right to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance and directly if technically feasible (c.d. right to data portability).

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
These requests should be sent to Etafelt s.r.l. by e-mail to franca.racca@etafelt.it; the request will be answered within one month at the latest; this period may be extended by two months in view of the complexity and number of requests.

13. The privacy of minors

The Site is directed to a general public and does not offer services aimed at children. If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal data without the permission of the parent or guardian, we will immediately delete the transmitted data.
